The Sales & Service Director China reports directly to the General Manager of the Chinese cooperation as well as functionally to the Management in the German Headquarters.
●Main focus of your tasks is to structure, extend and strategically develop the Sales & Service Organization of the Chinese market.
●You lead a team of 16 employees; you develop the competencies and build up more resources.
●You establish a Sales- and Service-Reporting and provide optimal service for local dealers and end-users.
●You analyze customer requirements and market trends for a systematic development of the product portfolio and continuously extend the market share.
●Furthermore, you manager, maintain and expand the local network of dealers.
●You support your distribution partners in the acquisition of new clients, customer care and offer preparation as well as in the with planning and performance of demonstration of machines on the exhibitions.
●Through channeling essential information and mediating between the two cultures, you form the interface of China and the German Headquarters.
Functional und personal demands
●You have several years of professional experience in the fields of Sales/or Service for technically complex products (machines or commercial vehicles) in the Chinese market.
●You have project management skill and experience in leadership.
●Experience in the field of agricultural technology is desirable.
●You distinguish yourself by good communication- and negotiation skills, assertiveness and team spirit.
●You work independently, well-structured, and have a strong hands-on mentality.
●You speak English fluently; German and/or Chinese language skills are an advantage.
●You’re willing to travel internationally and domestic (within China).
The supplier quality engineer (SQE) focuses on supplier development in the manufacturing (or service) process. The supplier quality engineer works with suppliers to continuously improve performance, implement process controls and develop quality assurance plans. The SQE must be a critical thinker and active listener with good time management skills in order to work with our suppliers and purchase team to define deliverables--goods and services ready for delivery to our production line.
●Visit and audit potential suppliers with purchasing engineer in order to select suitable / supplier.
●Required to communicate externally with suppliers to make action plans to improve the process and quality control. Follow and push assigned suppliers to improve continuously.
●Required to communicate internally within departments like engineering (HQ), production and purchasing so as to find out measures on how to improve quality and productivity at the same time reducing per unit cost.
●Qualify the new samples from local suppliers. Make corresponding qualification report.
●Track new local sourced part’s production process and monitor new part’s process quality control together with local suppliers.
●Rank the risk level of each part. Based on different risk level to implement incoming inspection of the parts from suppliers. Record inspection result with report. Arrange possible inspection in 3rd party if necessary.
●Make and release quality complaint report to suppliers. Help suppliers to find root cause of the problem and make corrective actions with 8D report.
●Ensure the quality of parts export to Germany.
●Ask for support from German quality team. Give answer to German team about quality control.
●Administrate the measuring tools.
●Other works requested by department manager.
●Ensure the quality of products supplied by manufacturers or traders.
●Solve quality problem on time to avoid impact to Grimme production.
●Ensure the quality of products export to Germany.
Education and Experience Requirement
●Bachelor degree or higher national diploma of mechanical engineering.
●Understand the manufacture process of machining, casting, sheet metal, rubber & plastic products, painting, fasteners, etc.
●Over 3 years working experience in incoming goods quality inspection work and supplier’s production process quality control as SQE.
Skills and Competency

3. Sales Assistant 销售助理
The sales Assistant needs to assist in the in-house management works.
●Support the sales of Grimme machines including making quotations, sales orders; communicate internally for picking &delivery, sending invoice, follow-up payment and other related works.
●Communicate between German headquarter and dealers/customers for guidance the proper orders/payments/deliveries status.
●Communicate between Chinese logistics/production department and dealers/customers for guidance the proper orders/payments/deliveries status.
●Verify reports from customers and internal sales network，visit reports and other reports.
●Issue weekly sales overview report; summarize the weekly traveling report of sales team.
●Preparing order checklists and maintain all details in the newly introduced AX ERP system.
●Assist in handle customer requests and organize follow-up actions.
●Keep record of the visits of area sales managers and sales manager.
●Assist (area) sales managers for visa, tickets, hotels etc.
●Assist in the accounts receivable collections process.
●Other relevant works assigned by department manager.
Education and Experience Requirement
●Bachelor degree of English, German, international trade or relative.
●3 years working experience in similar position.

4. Warehourse Keeper库房管理员
●Under the supervision of warehouse supervisor, ensure the warehouse runs in an effective & efficient way.
●According to the company’s requirements, categorize the different articles in the warehouse. Ensure that all labels are clear & correct;
●Receive and check goods in time according to the supplier's delivery list and report to warehouse supervisor.
●Distribute the correct parts in correct quantities to the assigned department following the order of warehouse supervisor.
●Responsible for updating the status of all stocked items and report to the warehouse supervisor ;
负责统计、管理所有库存物品，定期向上级主管汇报，并防止私自领用的情况发生；●Assist & allow all senior departments undertake periodically check of the inventory and monitor;
●Responsible for the daily duties in warehouse, ensure proper tidiness and cleanness of the warehouse. All items should be easily accessible and convenient stored for inspection.
负责库房的日常工作，做到卫生清洁、物品码放整齐、有序、易于查找、易于存取；●Ensure the warehouse is in a safe & fire avoidant environment. Prevention and, if necessary, action should immediately be taken toward any unsafe situation.
