Job Description on Administrative Assistant
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The overall purpose of the job is to make sure coordinating, planning, communicating and supporting daily operational and administrative functions based on the company operation goal.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive support for office operations, excel at scheduling meetings, coordination travel, and managing all essential tasks;
Accurately complete market information research, reporting, information management, and marketing–support activities within demanding time frames;
Develop and maintain administrative processes that reduce redundancy, improve accuracy and efficiency, and achieve organizational objectives;
Support complex, deadline-driven operations; able to identify goals and priorities and resolve issues in initial stage;
Cooperate with tax agency to take care of monthly & quarterly reports to both local and tax bureaus;
Set up contract and financial report management and filing process;
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
4 years college education is minimum with at least 2 years service working experience. Business administration background is preferred

Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft office Suite(Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
Good English skills, speaking, listening, reading and writing
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Travel is required sometimes
